Conference Format and Logistics
The NHSBCA 2026 convention is a three-day event (Thursday through Saturday), organized around leaders, speakers, presentations, and discussions on how to create better high school baseball programs.
Where: Renaissance Hotel Arts and Warehouse District New Orleans
When: December 3-5, 2026
Timeline:
December 3 - Vendor set-up begins at 12 P.M.
December 3 - Social with Coaches, 7-9 P.M., light appetizers and beverages
December 4 - Coaches Clinic, Vendor Showcase, 5-Minute Marketing Push between Clinicians
December 5 - Coaches Clinic, Vendor Showcase, 5-Minute Marketing Push between Clinicians; clean up by 3 P.M.
Exhibit Space and Pricing Information
Option 1: Booth (6’x10’), $475
Option 2: Plaza (6’ x 20’ - two booths together), $900
Booth includes one table, two chairs, & one wastebasket.
Electrical outlet: $125 extra.
Extra Table: $30
Note: If any exhibitor overloads an outlet or circuit (120V) and causes damage, the exhibitor will be held responsible for damages and pay the hotel directly for the cost to repair.

The National High School Baseball Coaches Association (NHSBCA) convention is the premier forum for high school baseball coaches. This convention is the only high school baseball convention dedicated solely to the high school coach. Speakers and presentations cover all aspects needed for our vast network of coaches to build their program and gear up for the 2026 season.
Vendors are invited to exhibit products from apparel, equipment, technology, and field maintenance.
